Grocery Team Leader (Troy, MI)

Responsibilities:
1. Set the accepted for accomplished Guest account
2. Interview, hire, train, counsel, and advance aggregation associates
3. Work with the coordinator/regional client to commodity account ad plan and atom buys
4. Create a activity agenda that balances the needs of the abundance and barter forth with the needs of the buyers and aggregation associates
5. Mentor aggregation associates and advance top administration assurance
6. Provide DAILY acknowledgment to all TMs on staff
7. Perform aggregation affiliate anniversary reviews
8. Achieve defined administration margins and activity targets.
9. Work a minimum of one closing about-face per anniversary and one weekend day
10. Manage foreground end
11. Work a lot of inventories.
12. Fill in affairs (regional and floral)
13. Monitor buyers acclimation methods and account levels.
14. Be an alive actor in the abundance administration team
15. Advance authentic appraisement and signage
17. Work up to a best of 8-10 hours per day
20. Bend and lift loads, not to beat 65pounds unassisted.
21. Push and cull carts belief up to 100 pounds unassisted.
Criterion:
1. Excellent chump account skills
2. Minimum 2 years administration acquaintance in industry or agnate
3. Proven aggregation amateur and abundant humans skills.
4. Understanding and ability grocery, dairy and arctic foods.
6. Ability to coach and alternation aggregation members.
7. Good anchorperson and motivator.
8. Excellent affairs skills.
9. Ability to multi-task and complete activity by deadlines.
10. Computer skills; Excel, Microsoft Word
