Help Desk Technician Required (Detroit Metro )

The ambit of the position is:
- Specification of new PCs and PC equipment. This includes ambidextrous with alfresco vendors to get quotations as able-bodied as bearing orders for approval by Management.
- Accession of new computer accessories as able-bodied as re-installation of absolute hardware. This includes accession of software as defined by aggregation behavior and the user, as able-bodied as affiliation to the arrangement and the aggregation domain. Interface with accumulated MIS is all-important as allotment of this function.

Experience/Skills Needed:
- Background with accession and agitation cutting of PC based computers, peripherals, and applications in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience should cover systems active Windows XP and later, both for Client and Server versions of the Operating System, as able-bodied as Linux.
- Ability to troubleshoot in a appropriate manner.
- Good articulate advice skills.
- Ability to plan by yourself with basal supervision.
